Just wanted to tell you how amazing Kirby and Braden, your installers were. They were absolutely organized and meticulous about staying in their space and not leaving a scrap of mess for me to clean up. They were good listeners, and explained/demonstrated/helped me to ‘hands on’ teach me how to manoeuvre the whole thing. It came back to me as we did it from the very good demo in the showroom from Bob. And lastly, they were very accommodating in my request to have them wear the N95 masks I provided. Very reassuring. And now I am enjoying the freed up space and desk so much! Just want to add that I really appreciated the dialogue and careful planning that went on between Bob and me before our showroom visit. He really listened and heard….and answered! And as the date for installation approached, your instructions and reminders all added to the very successful day! We absolutely LOVE our second unit!!!! The two gentlemen that came and did the installation on Tuesday were terrific! They were very professional, did a fabulous job with the installation, cleaned up after themselves and have a fabulous sense of humour.
