Just wanted to tell you how amazing Kirby and Braden, your installers were.

They were absolutely organized and meticulous about staying in their space and not leaving a scrap of mess for me to clean up.

They were good listeners, and explained/demonstrated/helped me to ‘hands on’ teach me how to manoeuvre the whole thing.

It came back to me as we did it from the very good demo in the showroom from Bob.

And lastly, they were very accommodating in my request to have them wear the N95 masks I provided. Very reassuring.

And now I am enjoying the freed up space and desk so much!

Just want to add that I really appreciated the dialogue and careful planning that went on between Bob and me before our showroom visit. He really listened and heard….and answered!

And as the date for installation approached, your instructions and reminders all added to the very successful day!

We absolutely LOVE our second unit!!!!

The two gentlemen that came and did the installation on Tuesday were terrific!  They were very professional, did a fabulous job with the installation, cleaned up after themselves and have a fabulous sense of humour.

Looking forward to picking up the nightstand when it becomes available.

Just to let you know, I have had the best sleep at United Mennonite Home for the last number of days. The bed looks good, up or down. The mattress is great.

Your employees did an excellent job. Not only were here a week earlier than scheduled but they were in very good time on the day of installation.

They worked fast and left the place clean. The staff of UMH were impressed by the appearance of the bed.

Wanted to let you know we are very happy with our beds. One tender side sleeper found the mattress too firm, but we keep extra memory foam for those sensitive guests. The beds will be well used over Christmas , virus allowing. 

We were particularly impressed with the guys you sent to install them, especially the main guy. He was friendly, very competent, efficient and careful. He answered all our questions with kind patience. Excellent service and a job well done!  Nice to have someone who really know’s what he is doing, takes pride in his work and has good people skills.

Hi. I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new wall bed. Despite the fact that there were virtually millimetres to spare width-wise during installation, your crew made it fit and now we have a beautiful wall unit and extra bed without taking up all the floor space in our basement. Wanted to express my complete satisfaction with your product and service! I was purchasing for a client and when I called to order the bed, Bob walked me through the choices, suggested handles that would complement the Zambuka finish I picked and advised me on mattresses which I purchased. Jody was so polite and upbeat arranging the delivery and sending me photos. The installation went very smooth and Bob and his east-coast assistant were awesome ;). We purchased our Murphy Bed and brought it home to Owen Sound. I was able to easily follow the instructions with pictures and had the unit built and ready to go in 2 hours. The majority of the work had already been done and all I had to do was put in a few screws. Of course it is attached to the wall and it works like a charm, easy enough for our grand kids to use.

We LOVE our “Bed off the Wall”. It is the perfect solution having an extra bed when family or guests stay over without giving up the room for our use in other ways.

From the moment we walked in the door of your showroom, we were impressed with our reception from Jody and her thorough explanation of how easily the beds were to operate and the selections we had to choose from. We also had fun and laughs in the process.

When Bob, Joe and Chris arrived with the bed, it was easy to see their extension of the treatment we had received from Jody when we first entered your showroom. They assembled the bed in no time and after ensuring everything was in working order they had us show our prowess in opening and closing the bed and they were on their way. For us, it was a perfect not having to do the assembly ourselves.

We are so PLEASED with our purchase and highly recommend you and your product top everyone we see and invite them in to show them how easily the bed works and the extra space it provides us when it is not in use.

Our Murphy bed couldn’t be more perfect. When my mother in law moved in she was overwhelmed with joy at the site of her new suite. Having a bedroom by night and a living room by day has given my mother in law the sense she has a full apartment and when Bob came over and helped us with the design options, he was able to give us an excellent idea on how to further maximize her space.

The entire experience was perfect. We’d recommend you highly to anyone looking for space saving, safe and beautiful design.

Approximately ten years ago we purchased our first Murphy Bed from you so when we moved last year we knew that a new one was in the plans. By the way, the wall bed was quite the selling feature when we put our previous house on the market last spring.

The space saving features of a wall bed are wonderful. And the comfort of the bed sometimes has us worried that our guests may not leave!
